As SELT enters its 40th year and celebrates its successful capital campaign, we seek an experienced, enthusiastic team member to fill the role of our Easement Stewardship Manager.

The Easement Stewardship Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing SELT’s stewardship program for over 250 conservation easements interests protecting more than 14,000 acres, including monitoring visits, landowner communications, and violation resolution. The position is vital to the organization’s ability to meet our long-term easement stewardship commitments and meet or exceed the requirements of the LTA Standards and Practices and accreditation requirements. The position manages Volunteer Easement Monitors and Seasonal Stewards under the supervision of the Stewardship Director.
