Option to explore HVNC Friday afternoon
3:00-4:00: Introductions
4:00-5:30: Forest immersion
5:30-6:30: Dinner (pizza)
6:30: Speaker Patty Cormier, Director of the Maine Forest Service, followed by an evening filled
with music and dancing—bring your own instruments for a jam session
SATURDAY
Saturday morning
7:00-8:00 Breakfast (fruit, bagels, and yogurt)
8:00-10:00 – WaYS to Learn overview with Keyana Pardilla and tish carr
10:00-12:00 Sustainable Forestry tour with Hidden Valley Nature Center and Barrie Brusilla

REGISTRATION
Registration fee of $50*
*Student and early career professional provided with sliding scale payment
*Contributions over $50 will go toward scholarships for students and early career professionals

Food will be provided for Friday evening, and Saturday morning and midday. Gluten-free and
vegan options available upon request

Limited availability for shared cabins and yurts
Ample tent camping
Please specify preference and accessibility needs during registration
All lodging requires a walk (<0.5 miles) to access, and attendees will need to bring their own
bedding
