The NESAF News Quarterly is published four times per year. Each issue contains news and information pertinent to our members, both locally and region-wide. In addition, each issue includes several articles relating to a timely theme, selected and produced in coordination with the Forest Science Coordinator. News Quarterlies are all listed below by date.
Newsletter articles are always welcome. Here are some guidelines when submitting articles for publication in the News Quarterly:
- Format: Please provide the document in Microsoft Word format. Please DO NOT send files in Microsoft Publisher (*.pub) format.
- Font: Use Arial, 10 point. Use 6 points before and after paragraphs, and justify the text to both sides of the page. A full column of text (no graphics or photos) consists of about 360 words.
- Submitting files: Email submission is generally preferred. However, if files are very large (10 MB or greater), please contact our Editor for the best way to submit.
- Author information: Please remember to include full contact information.
All the above aside, we’d rather work with a non-conforming article than miss a good article, so even if these guidelines aren’t met please send the material along anyway.
